These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Youngih’s website (www.youngih.com, including all subdomains, features, content, and services related to our fitness apparel—such as leggings, workout tanks, compression tops, and activewear sets, collectively the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase (for Users who place orders). 5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Youngih’s Intellectual Property: All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Youngih or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:
